Financial motivation: from 30,000 UAH during the probation period, then 40,000 UAH (negotiable).

Remote work format.

Working hours: 9:00–18:00, Mon–Fri.

At least 1 year of experience in a financial position.

Understanding of billing processes and financial accounting principles.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

English proficiency at A2 level or higher.

Attentiveness, responsibility, multitasking.

Competent written and verbal communication.

Receiving, processing, and prioritizing internal task requests

Daily communication with account managers regarding task statuses, budgets, and client account status

Communication with contractors regarding financial operations on client ad accounts

Monitoring and coordinating account top-ups, transfers, and budget distribution

Executing financial operations: managing fund flow in ad accounts

Recording financial data in the internal system

Monitoring client ad spend

Reflecting fund movements in spreadsheets and company financial tools

Maintaining daily financial reports

Providing analytics to account managers upon request (balances, expenses, spend, etc.)
