Financial motivation:
1st month (adaptation): 35,000 UAH
2nd and 3rd months: 37,000 UAH
Starting from the 4th month: fixed rate of $750 + performance-based KPIs
Remote format — we know that’s what works best for you
Work schedule: 9:00–18:00, Mon–Fri (paid weekend on-call duty once per month is mandatory)
14 calendar days of paid vacation, 10 paid sick days, 2 additional DAY OFFs (including for your birthday)

1+ year of experience as a Technical Support Specialist in the digital (non-IT) sphere or as an Advertising Manager
Experience in independently launching ad campaigns or participating in a media buying team
MANDATORY: understanding of how advertising platforms work (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok)
Skills in handling technical issues and client requests
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a systematic approach
Strong communication skills and client-centric mindset
English level: B1+ or higher
Ability to analyze and structure information
Proficiency in written and spoken Ukrainian and English
Handling technical support requests from clients: fast and effective resolution of advertising account issues on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
Opening new ad accounts: preparing and submitting requests, monitoring their status
Troubleshooting: identifying technical issues with accounts and working with clients/platforms to resolve them
Monitoring account activity: tracking account status, preventing bans, ensuring compliance with platform policies
Communicating with clients: providing feedback, technical consultations, and recommendations
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive support
Review provided documentation and information (adaptation phase)
Gain a strong understanding of the services we offer
Take over and manage company clients
Independently resolve standard client tech requests
