Your Role

A Support Manager at Tech4You is responsible not only for support requests, but for technical stability of advertising accounts and client processes.

The role includes working with complex technical cases, bans, restrictions, account scaling, and contributing to the development of support processes, templates, and automation.

Responsibilities

Ensuring technical stability of client advertising accounts

Working with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms

Submitting verification, certification, and whitelist requests

Managing roles, access, billing, and limits

Handling bans, flags, and restrictions

Working with review algorithms and account recovery methods

Analyzing ban rates and identifying patterns (account type, region, proxy, domain, niche)

Working with Pixel and Conversions API

Supporting scaling of Business Manager, Ads, and Fanpage in compliance with platform policies

Requirements

Experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat

Deep understanding of ad accounts and Business Manager

Knowledge of roles, access, billing, and limits

Understanding of bans, flags, and restriction mechanisms

Basic understanding of fingerprint technologies

Knowledge of proxy solutions (mobile, residential, DC)

Understanding of anti-detect browser principles

Analytical mindset and structured approach

Attention to detail and responsibility
